girls . . . well picture frames with a picture of you and them are always good cuz its kinda personal and stuff. and girl stuff is always good except for the girls who have it all or the non girly girls. itunes giftcards are good for ANYONE (well i guess they hafta have an ipod!) and if u have any inside jokes . . . something really to that would be cute! let me know what you come up with!
I always get my girl friends something funny that brings back a memory. Like a skip it, a superman action figure, shoes, a book, a pack of gum. Stuff like that. Remember what I gave Christina for her 16th birthday? I took an old barbie car stuck a polly-pocket in the driver's seat with a picture of her face glued to the face of the doll and then I did the same thing with the doll in the passenger seat, except on that ones head was the face of Elijah Wood :) lol
Going online to buy gifts is always nice and cheap too. If all else fails go to the dollar store. There is always really cool stuff there. That is where I am doing my Christmas shopping this year! lol
I hope that you are doing great! Hopefully I will get to see you and your family this Christmas break.

i know...i have this same problem every year ;) i was actually gonna ask you guys. lol but last year i had just taken a beading class, so i made all my friends bracelets. One girl i knew bought abunch of cheapy flip flops and tied pieces ribbon around the top. They turned out really cute. Elly's picture frame idea was good...if i think of anything else i'll letcha know. :) good luck!

ummm?....what can i say? girls our age usually like clothes stores, make-up, barcelets, necklaces, and fun socks!!! (well at least i do) lol!! girls also like journals and or stationaries!! those are always really fun and cute! :D persona;;y teen girls would LOVE any clothes or anything for them! LOL!! (ok i really have no idea what im saying) sorry my head is all over the place! but if this does make any sence to you then please tell me cus im not making any sence to myself!!! LOL!!! :D but yea......thats all i can say about this topic. hope that helps!
